Shree Swaminarayan Agyna Upasana Satsang Mandal (SSAUSM) operates under Shree Laxminarayandev Gadi, Vadtal. It is the Second Shree Swaminarayan Temple with ‘Gold Shikhars’ as ‘Vadtal Dham’ in Canada of the Original Swaminarayan Sampraday.
Our mission is to encourage people to follow the teachings of Sarvopari Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan by taking more positive approaches towards their lives with spirituality.

The Sacred Lineage
Following the eternal Sanatan Vaidik tradition of the Guru-Shishya Parampara, Bhagwan Shree Swaminarayan accepted Shree Ramanand Swami as His Guru in Vikram Samvat 1857. A year later, on Prabodhini Ekadashi, He became the Supreme Head of the Swaminarayan Sampraday, uplifting communities of all castes and creeds across India through His divine grace and establishing majestic temples throughout Gujarat.
To ensure the seamless administration of these temples and the growing spiritual community, Bhagwan Swaminarayan divided India into two dioceses: the Northern Diocese (Shree NarNarayan Dev Gadi, Ahmedabad) and the Southern Diocese (Shree LaxmiNarayan Dev Gadi, Vadtal), stretching an imaginary line from Kolkata to Dwarka. He formalized this spiritual infrastructure by enacting the ‘Desh Vibhag Lekh’ and the ‘Shikshapatri’ as governing scriptures.
He ceremonially established His two nephews, H.H. Acharya Shree Ayodhyaprasadji Maharaj and H.H. Acharya Shree Raghuvirprasadji Maharaj, as the first Acharyas of the Northern and Southern Dioceses, respectively. Today, under the divine seat of Vadtal Gadi and the guidance of H.H. Acharya Shree Ajendraprasadji Maharaj, the Sampraday continues to flourish worldwide.
